Many years ago a genocide that occurred many are unaware, held under Islamic Ottoman Empire of Turkey, during and after the First World War. From a population of two million, some 1.5 million Armenians were killed. Most historians who have studied this slaughter calculated that genocide brought that horrendous number of deaths as a result of the execution, starvation, disease, harsh conditions, and physical abuse against Armenians.
